Your First Visit

The first step to being treated is to pick up the phone and call our friendly receptionist and request an appointment with Dr. Lettman. The receptionist will work with you on getting the best time for you that she possibly can. The receptionist will request that you come in 15 minutes prior to your appointment, on your first appointment only, to fill out the necessary paper work. The receptionist can fax the paper work to you if your time is limited. Your first visit may take 30-45 minutes. Your time is respected and every effort will be made to ensure you are seen at your appointed time.

The first time you visit Lettman Chiropractic Rehab, P.C., I, Dr. Greg Lettman will sit down with you and listen to you explain what you are experiencing. After I completely understand everything you've explained, I will do a complete exam to ensure we get to the root of the problem. If x-rays are deemed necessary, I will take x-rays as they can be very beneficial to discovering the root of the problem. Once I have complied all of the information from the exam and x-rays, I will sit down and explain the findings with you. I will do this in a very straight forward manner without a lot of complicated medical terms. It is very important that you understand and believe in the treatment plan, as you will be an active participant.

The office manager has vast experience with insurance companies and will be happy to process your billing claims for you. She will explain what your insurance plan covers. This way there won't be any unforeseen bills and you'll know exactly where you stand before you are treated. If you have no insurance, we will work with you if payment plans are necessary.
